Mr. Delendatti is an experienced exploration and evaluation geologist with over 15 years of experience in the exploration and development of world class gold/silver and gold/copper deposits in Argentina and Chile.
Mr. Delendatti has worked as project geologist in a variety of gold/copper/silver projects in the Andes and Patagonia region of Argentina, on porphyry copper/gold grassroots exploration in North West Argentina and as a project geologist at the Veladero gold deposit.
In 2004 he joined Exeter Resources as exploration project manager at the Don Sixto low sulphidation gold deposit (1.26 million ounces of gold) during scoping and pre-feasibility stages. He then transferred to a similar role at the Caspiche copper/gold project (24.3 million ounces of gold and 6.9 billion pounds of copper) located in the Maricunga belt in northern Chile.
Mr. Delendatti was appointed Exploration Manager Argentina of Elementos Limited in September 2009 following his role of Chief Geologist for Orocobre Limited, where he participated in the de-merger of Orocobre's copper and gold assets into Elementos Limited.

Elementos’ Exploration Strategy and Geological Overview
Elementos Limited is an exploration company listed in the ASX since December 23rd 2009. Elementos has assembled a collection of large target exploration opportunities with the potential to yield world class mineral projects. The Company's portfolio includes six exploration properties in three mineral provinces in two countries (Argentina and Australia). The Company has secured gold and base metal focused projects in mineral rich, highly prospective geological locations, with developed infrastructure located nearby and attractive investment environment.
The Manantiales gold-silver epithermal project is located in Calingasta, San Juan, within a highly prospective epithermal gold district, adjoining and immediately to the north of Troy Resources Casposo gold-silver epithermal vein deposit, in a similar geological and mineralization environment. Field activities commenced in January 2010 over limited portions of the entire property encompassing mapping and saw blade channel sampling allowed the delineation of three targets, two of them being sufficiently defined for drilling. A 1,500 metres diamond core drilling program is currently in progress since early July 2010, after the approval of the EIA, aiming for a first-pass testing at the Manantial vein and Julieta Norte vein.
The second exploration prospect at San Juan province is the Santo Domingo property where preliminary exploration suggests an exposed copper-gold-molybdenum style porphyry system. A project scale target generation exploration program which includes a comprehensive field mapping and detailed sampling is in current progress at the area.
Elementos’ strategy is to add value through exploration and discovery of economic mineral deposits, and to crystallize this value through development.
