Mansfield Minerals Inc. is a Mining exploration company led by a group of experienced engineers and geologists. The company started the exploration in Argentina in 1994 and has worked in the country since then. It owns 100% of Lindero Project, a gold-porphyry deposit located at 250 kilometers west from Salta city, in northeast Argentina. Besides, Arizaro is a copper- white gold porphyry deposit located at 35 kilometers from Lindero and was discovered just before Lindero in 1999.

In 2013, Goldrock announced the results of a positive Feasibility Study at Lindero that estimates the project will produce an average of 109,000 ounces of gold per annum, at a operation cost of 647 U$S/Oz Gold, a NPV and IRR of U$S 215 M and 33.4% tax inclusive Gold Oz at 1400 U$S. The project is already permitted for development and has strong Salta provincial government and community support. Salta is a mining friendly jurisdiction that wants Lindero to be the first gold mine to be put into production in the province (Argentina is the 12th largest gold producer in the world).

With appropriate permits approved the company is focused on finding financing options to begin the construction.
