MENDOZA, ARGENTINA. June 28, 2010. Argentina Mining is pleased to provide the international mining community with an update on its upcoming Argentina Mining 2010 Convention, to take place on August 31-September 2, in San Juan, Argentina.
The convention, held biennially in Argentina since 1996, will have several innovations for its 8th edition, including: a new panel of Exploration in Argentina will showcase a selected group of junior companies that are actively pursuing exploration programs, followed by presentations of governmental officials of the main mining provinces, new organization of sessions and an enlarged core shack area.
To this date, over 100 companies have confirmed their participation. Sponsors like Pan American Silver, Votorantim, Minera Andes, Silver Standard, Hochschild Mining, Anglogold, Alex Stewart, Exeter, Calypso Uranium, MWH, SGS, Li3 Energy, Coro Mining and 7 others, are supporting the development of the event, and the exhibition is sold out.
