Summary

The conference will seek to guide those that are investing in the Argentine mining sector (and to those that are thinking about investing) regarding the legal issues that they need to take into account when deciding to invest in the country. Knowing and understanding the legal disposition and problematics that one can face in the different jurisdictions with mining potential, is an important resource to avoid inconveniences during the mining project development. The conference will also make reference to the differences that exist among the different provincial jurisdictions regarding mining jurisdictions.
