The Project Exchange is a new way of promoting a project.  Junior mining companies will find it useful for finding new partners for JV, getting offers to farm-out properties or even getting capital from savvy investors.

Before the event:

• Invite by e-mail
• Know who is attending in advance.
• Projects Directory: Take advantage of our social networks and website
• Schedule meetings prior to the event
• Showcase your project in our website, plus in periodic updates on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.

During the event:

• Network informally with attendants in coffee breaks and other social events
• Showcase your project in either 10 or 20 minutes presentations.
• Place a banner and brochures within the conference room.
• Have one on one meetings for the afternoon of day 2.
• Reach all attendants by including your brochure in their materials.

After the event:

• Send out thank you notes.
